  Integration timelines vary depending on client needs and data complexity. On average, it takes 4 to 6 weeks to set up the software, align it with the client's pricing strategy, upload initial data, and train key personnel. However, granting access to Optix for new users only takes a few minutes.

• What are the prerequisites to implement & use Optix?

  Our services range from assisting with pricing policy design to direct pricelist calculations using Optix and sales-teams onboarding. Additionally, we offer help with data cleaning and preparation for Optix integration. For seamless integration with existing information systems, output data can be retrieved through API or in standard formats such as .csv.
